One of the major
benefits of being part of the franchise is to
take full advantage of the consolidated, joint
advertising investments and efforts to support
a regional, national, and global advertising,
marketing and sales campaign program.
Each restaurant
of the franchise contributes 3% of its total Gross
Sales to an Advertising, Marketing and Sales Fund.
These contributions are solely managed by the
master franchisee.
The master franchisee
is obliged to use this fund solely for the above-mentioned
purpose. Among advertising platforms, local and
national broadcasting stations will be used to
air radio spots. The master franchisee
shall use other marketing channels and sales support
materials as deemed necessary.
