In order to
ensure uniformity, consistency and quality assurance
in addition to convenience for the master
franchisee and franchisees, the
franchise will provide consistent supply at production
cost. Therefore, all restaurants must deal with
the suppliers, manufacturers and distributors
approved by master franchisor for all portion
controlled food products and goods.
Since the food
items are designed and pre-made by manufacturers
and prepared in the restaurant, franchisees can
have the benefit of operational efficiency and
control. Restaurant food costs can be assured
through controlled volume purchases.
For the master
franchisee, the ease of operation
is evident:
No time
or money needs to be allocated for the research
and selection of ingredients, no prices and delivery
negotiations with suppliers, no quality evaluations,
etc. The master franchisee
is only required to issue a purchase order for
the distributor. The products will then be delivered
at the agreed times, in the agreed quantities
in standard packaging, at the agreed prices.
