To support the Mañana Restaurant, a team of food and beverage professionals with a strong academic background, international work experience, and on-site knowledge is trained to perform all the required tasks. They are creative young executives with excellent communication skills, available to actively coach the master franchisee regarding the day-to-day operational details, the food preparation process, and all marketing and sales aspects.
